How Does A Toilet Work?

There are many parts to a toilet but the two major components are the fill valve (or ballcock) and the flush Valve. The fill valve’s job is to fill the tank with water. The Flush Valve releases the water stored in the tank and after filling, closes the flow of water into the toilet.
